Which shipping methods are available?
We work with the GLS/DPD courier service. For orders outside the EU we use the post office.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally.
How long will it take to get my package?
Usually it takes between 2-5 days to get your Mativ Scarf. For the rest of the EU it takes 3-10 days. For the rest of the world 10-30 days.
The shipping costs for Croatia are free of charge.
The shipping costs within the EU are 7 €.
The shipping costs for non-EU countries are 19 €
* A tracking number will be provided.
For non-EU citizens: Please note that customs fees may apply.
Payment Methods
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept direct bank transfer payments to our account, online credit card payments or you can pay via your Paypal account.
COD (cash on delivery) is available only for deliveries within Croatia.
How fast do you send an order?
Your package will be shipped one day after receipt of payment.
Orders and returns
How can I place an order?
Easy! Just open the scarf you want to buy and click the buy button. The system will guide you to the finish line.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Just send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will change or cancel the order. The refund will be made to your account.
How do I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number and the tracking link.
How can I return a product?
We want you to be satisfied with your Mativ scarf. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new scarf, please send it back within 30 days of delivery and we will gladly refund the full price of the scarf.
The return period of 30 days starts from receipt of the scarf.
